The entry of Bayan Group into the field of server production dates back to 2012. To meet the demands of users for online storage and content management services, Bayan needed to expand the storage capacity and utilize the number of servers. The goal was to minimize reliance on expensive foreign servers as much as possible and, in doing so, extensive research was initiated in this field.
In the initial version of Bayan server, known as BS1, the focus was only on producing a simple metal chassis with no work done in the field of electrical and electronic components.
Gradually, the product underwent upgrades and improvements and evolved to the point that in 2015 BS7 was introduced. This server in addition to serving the company’s needs was also made available to certain organizations and companies.
Receiving positive feedback and significant satisfaction expressed by customersand users of these servers, along with the success of the servers in all the tests, greatly motivated our colleagues at Bayan to continue on this path.
With the achievement of the targeted standards in mechanical sector and successful evolution of Bayan servers´ body and chassis production, a more serious approach to the field of electrical and electronic components, as well as the localization of circuit board, was taken. Upon past experiences and extensive research, starting from 2020 a new phase of server production was initiated.
During this period, the achievements in the field of electrical and electronic components were beyond expectations, ultimately leading to the production of BS8 server version.
This generation of Bayan servers was highly competitive with similar foreign models. To expedite and centralize the server production process, the decision was made to establish an independent company as the subsidiary of Bayan Group. Consequently, Bayan Rayan as a knowledge enterprise company was founded in Science and Technology Park of Sharif University in 2021.
With the establishment of Bayan Rayan Knowledge Enterprise Company, research and developments of products gained a broader scope and accelerated further, resulting in the production of BRS11 in less than two years. And yet this path will continue relying on the creativity and technical research of experts and specialists.
